Salt fish Fritters

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:

  • 4oz. Boneless (Boiled and flaked)
  • 1 lb flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 sprig scallions chopped
  • 1 sprig thyme chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic grated
  • 1 tsp HOME CHOICE JAMAICAN CRUSHED PEPPER
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 small tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp HOME CHOICE JERK SEASONING
  • Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together to make a thick batter.
  2. Heat oil to medium hot.
  3. Take 1 tablespoon of batter and fry in desired amounts.

Fry on each side until golden brown.
