Escoveitch Salt fish

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:

  • 340g Home Choice Boneless Salt Fish
  • Oil for frying.
  • Home Choice Escoveitch Sauce

Method:

  1. Cut salt fish into strips & soak overnight.
  2. Drain salt fish properly.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan.
  4. Deep fry on both sides until golden brown
  5. Drain on paper towel
  6. Place on serving dish
  7. Garnish with HOME CHOICE ESCOVIETCH SAUCE.

Serve with bammy or festival.

Tip:

Allow HOME CHOICE ESCOVIETCH SAUCE to soak in fish before serving. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp HOME CHOICE LIME JUICE. For best results prepare overnight before use.
