Ingredients:
- 340g Home Choice Boneless Salt Fish
- Oil for frying.
- Home Choice Escoveitch Sauce
Method:
- Cut salt fish into strips & soak overnight.
- Drain salt fish properly.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Deep fry on both sides until golden brown
- Drain on paper towel
- Place on serving dish
- Garnish with HOME CHOICE ESCOVIETCH SAUCE.
Serve with bammy or festival.
Tip:
Allow HOME CHOICE ESCOVIETCH SAUCE to soak in fish before serving. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp HOME CHOICE LIME JUICE. For best results prepare overnight before use.
