Pepper Shrimp Fried Rice

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Home Choice Pepper shrimps (pre -soaked and drained)
  • 1lb cooked white rice
  • 1 large sweet pepper sliced
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic grated
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup carrots coarsely shredded
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

Method:

  1. Heat oil in frying pan or wok, add shrimp & Sautee for 2 minutes, add sweet pepper, onions, garlic & ginger and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  2. Add rice alternately with Soya Sauce and Oyster Sauce. Stir constantly for 2 minutes.
  3. Add carrots and mixed vegetables mix thoroughly for 1 minute.

Serves 3 persons (NORMAL SIZE BELLY) BUT (IF U BELLY LANG IT WILL SERVE ON U AN DE SMADDY NEXT TO U) LOL

Tip: For better results precook rice overnight and refrigerate.

1/2 tsp of MSG when added gives an excellent flavour, add to rice when frying.
