Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup HOME CHOICE BONELESS SALTFISH. (Boiled and flaked)
- 2 lbs Potatoes diced
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 stalk scallions
- 1/2 tsp HOME CHOICE JAMAICAN CRUSHED PEPPER
- 2 tbsp HOME CHOICE JAMAICAN CURRY PASTE.
- 1 Can green peas.
- 1/4 cup oil.
- 1 cup water
Method:
- Heat oil, sauté onions, garlic, scallions & pepper, add Home Choice Curry Paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Add potatoes and stir, add water and allow to cook under medium flame until potatoes are tender.
- Add saltfish and green peas and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Tip:
- More water can be added to make more gravy if desired.
- Home Choice Jamaican Curry paste has all the necessary seasoning & salt.
