- 2 lbs fresh shrimps
- 2 tbsp HOME CHOICE JAMAICAN CRUSHED PEPPER
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 CUP HOME CHOICE JERK SEASONING
- 1/4 cup oil
Method:
- Wash and drain shrimp. Leave shell on.
- Marinate shrimp in HOME CHOICE JERK SEASONING overnight or for 3 hrs, refrigerate.
- Sautee garlic in hot oil, add HOME CHOICE JAMAICAN CRUSHED PEPPER sauté for 1 minute then add marinated shrimp & salt. Cover and leave on a medium flame for 10 minutes. Shrimp will spring its own water. Allow all water to be absorbed.
Tip: For an extra fiery flavour add more of HOME CHOICE JAMAICAN CRUSHED PEPPER as desired.
